当店のこだわり

全国から厳選した豚肉で最高のとんかつを提供する為

揚げ油には田原ポークの背油から店内でじっくり抽出した「自家製ラード」と

国内産の菜種から丁寧に絞った植物性油「ほうろく菜種油」をブレンドした油を用いています。

これによって、動物性の香りに寄りすぎない爽やかな味わいとなります。

旨味とサクサクした口当たりをお楽しみください。

付け合わせのキャベツは県内産の指定農家さんで栽培された減農薬・無農薬で、

​糖度の高いものを使用いております。

Grand Menu Tonkatsu Hayashi-YA's Pride Enjoy our tonkatsu, made from carefully selected pork loin from three types of pigs, with your choice of four sauces: sauce, miso, grated ponzu, or wasabi soy sauce. We also offer a variety of other fried dishes. Our tonkatsu is lightly fried, so it may have a slightly pink color. If you prefer it fully cooked, please let us know when ordering. For frying oil, we use a blend of "homemade lard" extracted from pork in-store over time and carefully pressed "horoku canola oil." This results in a refreshing taste that is not overly dominated by animal aroma. Enjoy the umami and crispy texture. The shredded cabbage served on the side is produced with low-pesticide or pesticide-free methods by designated farmers in Aichi and is particularly sweet. Add a set meal for +300 yen (includes unlimited rice, miso soup, pickles, and a small dish) . If you do not have a set meal, a 280 yen table charge will be applied.
